Optimised handling

Due to the large capacity of the magazines, filling processes are reduced to a minimum and opening quantities are avoided. Furthermore, the magazines enable a firm hold of the individual components already during the filling.

In combination with the Weidmüller Configurator (WMC) software, the Klippon® Automated RailLaser enables fully automatic marking of pre-assembled terminal strips. The use of terminal blocks with markers already attached eliminates the need to separate, assign and mount individual markers. This allows time savings of up to 90% in marking processes. That's why Klippon® Connect SNAP IN modular terminal blocks are already prepared for the automation processes of tomorrow. The pre-tensioned contact spring automatically releases when the conductor is inserted and makes contact with the conductor. Force-free plugging of conductors with and without ferrules can also be realised in the future through automated and robot-supported wiring processes.
